Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, coating evenly with the Parmesan crust.
- Place coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden brown; internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper; whisk until smooth and slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Plate the baked chicken breasts and generously drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce.
- Optionally garnish with fresh parsley or additional Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
You can add dried herbs like Italian seasoning to the coating for extra flavor or substitute gluten-free flour for a gluten-free option.
