  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 23 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Cooking spray or 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions

  1. Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over one half of the tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle the fresh blueberries and cinnamon over the cream cheese. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  3. Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filled half, creating a semi-circle.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly coat with cooking spray or melt the butter.
  5. Carefully place the folded quesadilla into the hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cream cheese is warm and melty.
  6. Remove from the skillet, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.

Notes
