Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch cubes).
- Season the Steak: In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with salt and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat the Pan: Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and let it heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Cook the Steak: Add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add Garlic and Butter: Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic. Stir gently for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make the Creamy Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix cream with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve: Transfer steak bites to a platter, drizzle with creamy sauce, and garnish with herbs.
