Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles

These Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles are a fun and flavorful snack that’s crispy on the outside and packed with deliciousness on the inside! 🥒✨🤤

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 12 large dill pickles
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
    • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • Cooking spray

    Instructions

    1. Prep the Pickles: Slice each dill pickle in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds using a small spoon or melon baller, creating a hollow space for the filling.
    2. Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
    3. Stuff the Pickles: Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each hollowed pickle half, pressing down gently to fill them completely.
    4. Coat with Breadcrumbs: Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Carefully roll each stuffed pickle in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
    5. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
    6. Air Fry: Arrange the stuffed pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
    7. Serve: Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles! 🍽️❤️
