- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour into Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Prepare Topping: While the bread is baking, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Cool and Coat: Once the bread is done, let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and roll the warm bread in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
