Instructions
- Boil Water: In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add Cinnamon: If using a cinnamon stick, add it to the boiling water. If using ground cinnamon, add it after boiling.
- Simmer: Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes to infuse the flavor.
- Mix in Other Ingredients: Remove from heat and stir in honey and lemon juice. If youβre using ginger or cayenne, add it now.
- Strain (if needed): If you used a cinnamon stick or ginger slices, strain the tea into a cup.
