- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- SautΓ© Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add Cabbage: Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, tossing it with the onions and garlic. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
- Add Shrimp and Sausage: Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and add the shrimp. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
