  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. SautΓ© Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Add Cabbage: Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, tossing it with the onions and garlic. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
  4. Add Shrimp and Sausage: Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and add the shrimp. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
