Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Sear the Steak Bites: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Prepare the Cream Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine: Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the Parmesan cream sauce until well coated.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce over rice, pasta, or on their own! 🍽️❤️
