- 8 oz medium shell pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Steak Bites: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- Make Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. SautΓ© for about 1 minute until fragrant. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the garlic butter. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Prepare Creamy Parmesan Sauce: In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over medium heat. Stir until the butter melts. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Combine: Add the cooked shell pasta to the creamy sauce, stirring to coat the pasta evenly.
