Garlic Butter Steak Bites are small, flavorful pieces of steak that are cooked in a delicious garlic butter sauce. They’re tender and juicy, making them a perfect treat for any meat lover!     For the Steak Bites:

    • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:

    • 8 oz medium shell pasta
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
    2. Prepare Steak Bites: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
    3. Make Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. SautΓ© for about 1 minute until fragrant. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the garlic butter. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
    4. Prepare Creamy Parmesan Sauce: In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over medium heat. Stir until the butter melts. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
    5. Combine: Add the cooked shell pasta to the creamy sauce, stirring to coat the pasta evenly.
