- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
- Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Stir in the rolled oats and raisins until evenly distributed.
- Spread in Pan: Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
