- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cooking spray
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Prepare Dough: Unroll the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Fill Dough: Place a few slices of pepperoni and a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough square. Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on top.
- Seal Bombs: Gather the edges of the dough and pinch them together to seal the filling inside, forming a ball. Make sure they are well sealed to prevent leaking.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and optional Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
