Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks

These Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks are a deliciously cheesy and savory treat, perfect for game day or a fun family dinner! 🥖🧀🥩

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
    • 1 cup cooked steak, thinly sliced
    • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
    • 1/2 cup onion, diced
    • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
    • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

    Instructions

    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté the diced onions and bell peppers until they are soft, about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
    3. Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle. Cut the dough into strips (about 1-2 inches wide).
    4. Fill Breadsticks: On one end of each dough strip, layer a few pieces of steak, sautéed vegetables, and a mix of provolone and mozzarella cheese.
    5. Fold and Seal: Fold the other end of the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place the stuffed breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet.
    6. Brush and Season: Brush the tops of the breadsticks with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
    7. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
    8. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks with marinara sauce for dipping! ❤️🍽️
