- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté the diced onions and bell peppers until they are soft, about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle. Cut the dough into strips (about 1-2 inches wide).
- Fill Breadsticks: On one end of each dough strip, layer a few pieces of steak, sautéed vegetables, and a mix of provolone and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold and Seal: Fold the other end of the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place the stuffed breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush and Season: Brush the tops of the breadsticks with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
