- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Marinate Steak: In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook Steak: Add the marinated steak to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked steak to the skillet. Pour in the beef broth, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
