- 1 pound frozen Swedish meatballs (or homemade)
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Noodles: In a large pot, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
