Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined and sticky.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a round patty about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F or 75°C internal temperature).
- Toast burger buns while patties cook.
- Assemble burgers by placing patties on buns and adding desired toppings like lettuce, tomato, or extra cheese.
- Serve with fries or salad and enjoy!
