- Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Pepperoni slices (regular or mini)
- Mozzarella cheese (plus optional cheddar or provolone)
- Marinara sauce
- Italian seasoning
- Olive oil or melted butter
- Optional fillings: vegetables, shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, Nutella, etc.
Instructions
- Activate yeast by mixing warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy.
- Mix flour and salt, then add yeast mixture and olive oil to form a dough.
- Knead until smooth and let rise until doubled in size.
- Roll out dough and cut into squares.
- Add pepperoni, cheese, seasoning, and optional marinara sauce to the center of each square.
- Fold and pinch dough corners to seal.
- Place on baking sheet, brush with olive oil or butter, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Alternatively, air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool slightly and serve with dipping sauces.
